Student Quote of the Day

Today I was just trying to be a nice person...I KNOW!!! I was assisting the resident cripple of the trailer (the girl that teaches next door to me is on crutches) into the building by carrying her things as she attempted to gimp her way through the crowed hallways. Now what do I get for my attempts at genuine, sincere forms of kindness...yeah...it wasn't a "Hey, Mrs. K that is ever so kind of you to help out a cripple." or even just a simple "Hi, Mrs. K." OH NO I made eye contact with a student of mine, who shouted at me..."Hey, Mrs. K, YOU ARE UPSETTING THE BALANCE OF LIFE...WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE BUILDING?!?!" Who says that to me!?!?!
