The babe:
At this point in the game we could potentially find out if we are having a baby boy or a baby girl, but alas we have made the joint decision to keep such things a surprise. So instead we can just discuss our fruit selection of the week. The babe has grown a whopping two inches in the past three weeks, roughly 4½" right now, about the size of a grapefruit!! Grapefruits are HUGE!!! But this does make me feel better about the size of the belly at this point...makes a whole lot more sense now! The babe has also grown more proportionate and less top-heavy -- the limbs have lengthened and the head doesn’t seem quite so huge in comparison. The totally adorable little nose is now fully formed and, not sure what the babe is using these for right now but...even has taste buds!!
Me:
This has been a vomit free week...still on the medication! I have assumed normal routines, such as cooking (with assistance), cleaning, about to take back the laundry...yes, life is falling back into routine. Which is a good thing!!
Ben:
Happy that there has been no vomiting and happy to start getting some help around the house...he deserves it!!
