Yesterday we made our first trip back to Hope Hospital for a follow up appointment. Mary Alice got to visit all of her nurse friends and doctors in the PSHU. Then word traveled that we were downstairs in the Heart Institute and Dr. Shyam came and found us and so did some other nurses...yeah, Mary Alice was a big favorite!!
After her second set of vitals for the day (home nurse came that morning), an EKG and yet another echo. All systems are still go!! Though, Dr. Andrew made her wait a LONG time (3 and a half hours) and instead of taking her nap she got an echo. This led to a LONG evening for Mom! You may think it was wrong to tape the girlfriend while she cried but Aunt Robbie will be excited that the quiet cry is GONE!! Notice we finally have real tears...although not very often, for she is a HAPPY baby now that her ticker is working!!

I wish Loagan's crying was that low. And he has real tears also but not all the time he is a happy baby for the most part.
