The moment has arrived! It just took an brief exodus from his sister. Mary Alice has been with her grandparents for the last few days and therefore Silas has been enjoying the glory that is an only child. He settled right into being the center of attention. I think he now understands why his sister needs to be so central, ALL THE TIME! Since the floor has been his now for about three days, Silas decided to start WALKING!!
Yeah he is not super stable yet but these are the FIRST steps!! So steps have been taken, steps have been documented and steps have been celebrated...the ice cream awaits!
